Created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in balance and fall prevention.

The Stay Steady system is a simple, step by step program to help you feel steady on your feet again, reduce your risk of falling, and move with confidence at home.

 

How the program works

The course is organized into four progressive modules:

Strength
Stability
Movement
Reaction

Each module contains 3 unique workouts, and each module builds on the previous one so you improve safely and in the right order.

 

What you will get

Each module includes easy to follow video sessions where I guide you through every exercise step by step.

You will also have access to printable PDF guides so you can follow along at your own pace.
